Embed notifications and invitations on your website

There are several ways to publish the forms for invitations, web registrations, surveys, etc. that you create in HeyForm.

One of the most effective ways to publish the form is to embed it directly into your website. In this way, you can achieve the feeling that your registration form or web notification is part of your own website, but with the advantage that HeyForm handles responses and statistics in the same way as always. Here’s how easy it is to achieve this.

  • Go to share on the form you want to embed in your website.
  • Select the sharing option “Embedded form” and copy all the information in the text field in the view.
  • Paste the copied code into the source code of the page on your site, in the location you want the form to appear. How this is done depends somewhat on the publishing system you use. Ask your administrator or IT department if you are unsure.

Save the changes! 👍

When the page loads, the form is now embedded in your own website. You can easily customize the style of the form, such as fonts, colors, etc., by going through the form design settings in HeyForm.

HeyForm does not display background colors or images on embedded forms to make the form fit as well as possible into the environment where the form is embedded.
